Our Guests Say…

We just returned from our first stay at Blenheim Park. Our experience was absolutely magical!

Kerry and Justin have thought of every detail and offered every creature comfort you could possibly want. The decor is perfectly adorable! The Tea House is stocked with games, puzzles, a record player/Bluetooth compatible system (that Kerry will provide a rotating selection of records for), books, TV/DVR. The kitchen has everything you need for simple meals. The beds are comfortable and inviting. We had a ball in the water on the kayaks, swan floats, and rented a paddleboard.

We were so in love with the area, and most of all, this slice of heaven on earth that Kerry and Justin have poured their hearts and souls into, that we cannot wait to return!

This is the best vacation rental we have EVER had in many years of travels. Book this listing - you will LOVE IT!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet hide-away on the water in Maine, near towns and ocean, but far enough from traffic to be relaxing. We found it here!

The Tea House is absolutely charming, with lots of windows, sunlight, comfortable furniture, and all the supplies you need to just stay there in a happy trance on the porch all day. It is hanging out over the water!

We had our morning coffee on the lounge chairs of the patio while we listened to the loons and watched the mist rise off the lake, then jumped in when we got hot. The location is great for going out for dinner in Damarisctotta where we found many good restaurants and cafes with scenic views.

We took day trips to Camden, Rockland and Bristol— altogether, a perfect location, with outstandingly generous and warm hosts.

We had a wonderful week on this beautiful, quiet pond. It was so peaceful to sit out in a kayak in the morning watching the sun rise, with no motor boats going by!

The views were amazing and the cottages have so much charm. I loved cozying up with my family in the charming, comfortable living room with warm throw blankets and an old record playing on their record player.

I had so many people who know the area tell me what a rare find this place is with the porch sitting right at the pond edge. We swam, boated, relaxed and had such a great trip. There was an herb garden right outside our cottage door which I used for cooking. There is a sweet room with a dining table to enjoy breakfast.

Kerry and Justin were terrific hosts. They were responsive to our needs and were available for recommendations and tips if needed. We highly recommend!

We have rented many homes on lakes in Maine and New Hampshire. This was by far one of our Favorites. You drive down a private road and come into a beautiful park like setting with the lake glistening in front of you.

The homeowners live on the property. However they completely respect your privacy and you would never know they were there. At the same time, they are super friendly, accommodating, helpful with recommendations and if there are any issues they are resolved right away. They take great pride in their beautiful property from fruit trees, fresh veggies/herbs that are available to the guests, to special touches in the home you are staying in.

The lake is clean, quiet, snd serene. You are serenaded by birds and loons everyday. The stars at night are magnificent to behold.

We loved that we could kayak and swim everyday and feel removed from the world yet be able to drive 5 minutes into Damariscotta for great restaurants and shopping. Also it is an easy drive for day trips to Portland and boothbay harbor.

We hope to be back ! Thank you Kerry and Justin for a fabulous week of rest and relaxation.

Our week was serene and peaceful. We were looking for quiet beauty and we found it here. Justin and Kerry were the perfect hosts and took care with all the necessities and surprising fun little extra details that only brought added charm to an already magical location.

Morning coffee on the porch overlooking the pond, listening to the calls of the loons, swinging in a hammock made for two, enjoying wine by the fireside, kayaking around the islands, s’mores by an outdoor fire pit and gazing at the star studded skies were only a handful of some of our best memories.

This is truly a magical place filled with charm and natural beauty. We did not want to leave!

We were looking for a relaxing week away, and the Tea House was ideal for our needs. We loved having easy access to kayaks and the views of the pond were magical. We also took advantage of the property’s proximity to hiking trails, oyster farms, and Damariscotta’s charming main street.

Kerry and Justin are thoughtful hosts who have put a lot of care not only into their property but also in making their guests feel welcome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

The lakefront location is so relaxing that you really need to experience it in order to really appreciate it.

The owners of this jewel have poured their hearts into this property ensuring that their guests have a memorable stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Blenheim Park with our two boys (aged 8 and 10)! We unplugged, played charades by the fire, swam and rowed in the lake, and read under the deck umbrellas. In the evenings, we tried the excellent restaurants in the area.

The days melted into each other - and before we knew it we were packing up to head home. Thanks for a great week - we hope you will have us back next summer!
— Alefiya A.

This cottage is so on the water my wife and I sometimes thought we were on a yacht without the rocking!

The owners were super respectful of our space but always a text away for help and suggestions. On a scale of 1 to 10, we give Blenheim park a solid ten. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay here for months.

The most peaceful of vacations. Thank you Kerry and Justin. You have created the most beautiful and relaxing destination. I hope we can come back to this most beautiful and restful location. Thank you for all your hard work creating this beautiful space.

We absolutely LOVED our week at this special property. The cottages were clean, comfortable and had every amenity necessary. The owners were very welcoming leaving us a bottle of wine on arrival and bringing over s’mores fixings for our boys. We loved being directly on the lake and spent our days swimming, kayaking or lounging on the patio playing cards and listening to old records that had been thoughtfully provided. We also appreciated being so close to great food, shopping and sightseeing in Damariscotta, Bristol, Boothbay, Rockland, Portland, etc. We hope to be back!

This little slice of heaven is perfect in every way. A unique combination of peace and quiet, the most ideal lake swimming imaginable, and the Maine Midcoast and all it offers! Kerry and Justin are ideal hosts. They provided every comfort, were available and very responsive when needed, but otherwise invisible and respectful of privacy. I can’t thank them enough for my wonderful stay at their property.
— Anna P

Thank you for the beauty you’ve created on this exquisite lake. We’ve loved the most off the water, the fishing, your garden, your gracious hospitality and the magic of this place. Two weeks of perfection.
— Jenny C, Maryland

We absolutely adored this property! It is so unique, well appointed and cozy. The owners are nearby but you would never know - you definitely feel like you are alone on the pond, which is exactly what we were looking for! The pond itself is almost undiscovered, with very few properties on it. So quiet and peaceful. We were able to kayak every morning with the loons and even see a bald eagle one morning!

The location of the property is perfect - so close to Damariscotta to get groceries and within 20 minutes of the ocean. Pemaquid point is nearby and so many other attractions. This is a special place, and was perfect for our family of three - would definitely stay again!
