Hello Vacationland

By car, we’re an hour north of Portland, 2.5hrs north of Boston and 7 minutes from charming downtown Damariscotta. Flights from NYC are 1hr.

Visited by a pair of loons everyday and the Milky Way at night. The pictures absolutely capture it — yes, it’s that pretty.

We’re in the heart of Maine’s beautiful mid-coast, known for its lakes, beaches, lighthouses, shopping, from galleries to local artisans, from vineyards to breweries and from lobster shacks to fine dining.

Day trips to Acadia National Park are a breeze and we’re a short drive to any one of the dozens of charming seaside, harbor and island towns that make up this beautiful region.

Blenheim Park estate has 16 secluded acres, made up of woods, lawns, beautiful flower-filled gardens and cherry orchards. We have 2,000 feet of private lake frontage on a crystal clear 200 acre lake which has no motor boats allowed.

All you’ll hear is the crickets, the water lapping the shore, Loons calling and whichever vintage vinyl you chose to put on the turntable.

We had an incredible stay here. The property is absolutely gorgeous, so relaxing, and the hosts couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful with their recommendations of things to do/see/eat in the area. We would highly recommend it, and definitely plan on going back.

A magical little corner on a perfect sized pond in a beautiful state under an explosion of stars. Visited by a pair of loons everyday and the Milky Way at night. The pictures absolutely capture it—yes, it’s that pretty. We had great communication with the owners who are on property but out of sight. Comfy beds and indoor and outdoor furniture. (We also felt very safe, Covid-wise.) We stayed in October so, while we were tempted, we never did jump in the water. We did a lot of kayaking though and hope to come back in the summer to lounge around on the patio. We’re weirdos who bring our own espresso machine with us and we loved our giant lattes pond side every morning and our wine by the fire at night. We hope to return (and return and return). Thank you to Kerry and Justin for sharing this wondrous spot.
— Susan B,

Magical place is an understatement word to describe its serenity and the work you’ve put into this place. The Teahouse is the star of the pond. No words for when you wake up in the morning to all of nature around. It makes for a day of peace and calm. Thank you, we will be back.
